Over the last decade, I have had the honor of working with children and adolescents who are navigating anxiety, depression, behavioral challenges, educational difficulties, and ADHD. Supporting these young individuals and their families through significant life experiences—such as school struggles, divorce, co-parenting, and trauma—has been incredibly rewarding. I truly believe in walking alongside my clients on their journeys, offering heartfelt compassion and guidance. My focus is on helping them develop the tools they need to heal and grow. We’ll go over history and presenting concerns.

Step 3: Create your schedule

Most clients come to counseling every two weeks. I can offer weekly, bi-weekly, monthly or as needed appointments depending on level of care you need.

Step 4: Try out strategies and techniques outside of session.

I will explore strategies to combat your symptoms, and come up with a solutions-focused plan so you can start treatment immediately outside of session.
